By accessing or using the Rent & Ride Morocco website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
11. The platform service
Rent & Ride Morocco is a marketplace that connects users with independent car rental agencies. The rental agreement is concluded directly between you and the agency.
22. User accounts
To list a car or manage an agency you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
33. Listings and bookings
Agencies are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicles and prices they list. Deposit, insurance, and mileage terms are set by and agreed with the agency.
44. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
55. Limitation of liability
The website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rent & Ride Morocco is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
66. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
